HISTORY - APTECH GROUP
- March 1999 – The first company from the future Aptech group is established, namely Schmidt-Bretten Technology (SBT), a Romanian-German joint venture specialized in the production and sale of heat transfer equipment
- 2000 – The first heating modules under our own brand are produced and delivered
- 2001 – The range of products manufactured in the Romanian factory is expanded, with expansion modules, water pressure boosting systems and thermostatic installations for industry
- 2002 – The export of compact thermal modules produced by Schmidt-Bretten Technology begins
- 2003 - 2005 – SBT becomes the market leader in Romania for heating applications
- Mai 2003 – Aplind Consult is founded
- The first collaborations with TURBOMACH SA
- October 2004 – The first collaborations with TURBOMACH SA
- October 2005 – Schmidt Systems is founded
- 2006 – The shares of Schmidt-Bretten Technology are transferred to the Danish multinational group Danfoss
- 2007-2008 – The foundations of the collaboration with TURBOMACH SA are strengthened on the occasion of the completion of the first projects in Romania
- 2009-2010 – Expansion of specialists team
- The companies within the Aptech group are expanding their partner base
- The area of interest is widened by involvement in environmental protection projects, renewable energies, etc.
